I am not able to reproduce this issue using the below setting.
Please provide more information.
I installed the latest dev version, Drupal 10.3.3, PHP 8.2.
I enabled schemadotorg_additional_mappings and schemadotorg_additional_type modules, then on page /admin/config/schemadotorg/settings/types appended into as below:
node--Thing:
- Product
Then when I access any schemadotorg manage fields of bundles page (i.e. the article bundle: /admin/structure/types/manage/article/schemadotorg), Nginx responded with 504 gateway timeout, even I add fastcgi_read_timeout to 3600s, no luck, and there is not any related error log.
After deleting the Prodcut additional type, error gone.
I also did this several days ago on another site using a earlier dev version of schemadotorg, no problem.
