Refractor the AddStyleSheetCommand usage

Problem/Motivation

lightning_media.module is using AddStyleSheetCommand which is obsolete after Drupal 9 and there's a no replacement. Earlier it was used for ckeditor4.

Proposed resolution

Identify the alternative way of https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/core%21modules%21ckeditor%21src%21Ajax...
and replace within lightning_media.module at line#460
