I'm not certain if anyone else has come across this issue before and hadn't noticed anything in the issue queue regarding this. If this ends up being a dupe, or it seems unrelated, I'll close the issue.
There has been a consistent issue I've noticed with the layout builder side bar where arrows are overlaying button text. The attached patch is to simply make the minor css adjustment.
