Problem/Motivation

Follow-up to:

🐛 SDDS: This block is broken or missing errors Fixed
📌 Fix warnings when enabling civictheme theme Fixed

    We will assess after Barcelona if SDDS will continue to be worked on for demos and testing going forward. If so, we can open this and plan out each type of sitebuilding config.
