Make for flexible in narrow widths

Problem/motivation

Currently the formatting provided by this module assume that the set of links will be displayed inline after a date. At narrow widths, this won't always be the case.

Proposed resolution

Update the CSS to better handle these use cases. For example, have the set of links display as inline-flex, and anticipate some use cases where the left margin should be skipped.
