Use english term "GDPR" instead of "DSGVO"

Problem/Motivation

The official and international name for the german "DSGVO" is "GDPR". But currently there is the Text "DSGVO-compliant bot protection" at release Information on project page and maybe elsewhere. This is confusing for non german users.

Proposed resolution

Use GDPR especially in release description.
