Problem/Motivation

Integrate updated SDDS Stats Card with XB based on current XB limitations.

This work is happening in starshot-stats-cards so that the frontend devs can continue to use Storybook for starshot-stats. This also should work with starshot-case-study2.

Note that you can't edit the props in the sidebar until this issue is fixed:
