Problem/Motivation

Integrate updated SDDS Carousel with XB based on current XB limitations.

This work is happening in starshot-carousel. There is also code in starshot-feature-cards and starshot-feature-cards2 with new design.

Note that you might not be able to edit the props in the sidebar until these issues are fixed:

🐛 Redux support for ImageWidget: `[image] String value found, but an object is required` Postponed
🐛 XBEndpointRenderer & processResponseAssets() do not support `ajaxPageState` ⇒ duplicate CSS/JS loading Fixed
