Problem/Motivation

Integrate updated SDDS icon card with XB based on current XB limitations. Need to split out out from starshot-listing-testimonial and starshot-testimonial-card.

This work is happening in starshot-icon-card so that the frontend devs can continue to use Storybook starshot-testimonial-card and starshot-listing-testimonial.

Note that you can't edit the props in the sidebar until this issue is fixed:
