Integrate updated SDDS stats with XB

Get the background image working first.

Image and background image are working. Need to make issue for fixing responsive css.

With correct placeholder text.

Next step will be to pull out the data card into its own component but I'll probably do that in a stats3 component.

Note that the props form isn't showing up but that may be an XB bug.

This is fixed enough for now in VERSION 3. The props form isn't rendering but that can be a follow-up issue.
