Integrate updated SDDS hero with XB

Got it to this point and will try to default to the image from the Figma design. Ideally, they'd be able to drag in the button but this is fine for the demo.

Default image is done. Should try to specify the background image too.

Right now the background image is done with the following so not easy to swap out images so parking this.
