Support views without grouped rows

Problem/Motivation

Currently this module works as expected provided the "Display all values in the same row" option is abled for date fields that allow multiple values. In practice, however, this means that all values will be loaded for all entities, which can mean processing significant amounts of data for sites will numerous recurring events, which Smart Date supports.

Proposed resolution

Update the display class to work properly with views that have this option disabled.
