Add Hard Drive metrics to vitals_extra

I want to display used & available disk space on my custom dashboard. So I've created a HardDrive Vitals plugin using PHP's disk_free_space and disk_total_space.

This issue is opened to discuss the usefulness of such metrics, and create the relevant merge request.
