Unneccesary validation call in Milvus Provider

Problem/Motivation

On creation of a collection the Search API Search Backend already takes care of validation if the collection exists, a second validation call when the creation happens in the VDB provider that is strictly connected to the Search API Search Backend is not needed.

Currently this causes issues with Zilliz strict 1 call per second rule.
