Uri processing fails for websites running in a subdirectory

When you have your website running in a subdirectory, e.g. https://www.domain.com/my-site, and you enter a url like https://www.domain.com/page-1 in a field with the LinkIt widget it will be converted to the internal link /page-1 (internal:/page-1 in the db). But this isn't correct because clicking the link will go to https://www.domain.com/my-site/page-1 instead of https://www.domain.com/page-1.

I switched the method to retrieve the base url so it also contains the subdirectory (see MR). Here also a patch to use in your projects.
