I installed this module on drupal 10.3.3. It works fine creating the course but if i go to /admin/lms/courses or /admin/group i don´t see the course. If i go to .....group/../edit it says that i don´t have permissions. It seems that i ,as an administrator, don´t have view/edit/delete permissions.

That's Group module permissions and not LMS. You need to create group roles for insider / outsider admins and an insider teacher.
I recommend this starter kit that has everything more-less configured, eventually we'll probably create a recipe.
