Composer: 'remote_image' is incompatible with this version of Drupal core

Problem/Motivation

Hello Remote Image maintainers,
i'm trying to install Remote Image 2.0.0 in a from scratch D 10.3.2, but i get this error from Composer: "Unable to install modules: module 'remote_image' is incompatible with this version of Drupal core"
Tried to change R.I. minimum_stability from "dev" to "stable" as Drupal core, but without result.

What could be done to complete the installation? Many thanks
