Problem/Motivation

It is a useful feature, that Drupal users can be synched to IN.

Proposed resolution

Enhance configuration page: enable synch
Implement the usage of the API endpoint to create and update users in IN
We also will add a permission, which we apply to the users, which should be synched, because not all users should have an account in Invoice Ninja
Implement a Drush command for synchronization
