Problem/Motivation

Commerce 2 is still relevant. At the same time, Commerce 3 features some additional API → that can be very useful, especially for Recurring gateway. Let's make sure the version constraint doesn't block Commerce 2 and add optional support for SupportsZeroBalanceOrderInterface
