Settings don't appear in Configuration summary

Problem/Motivation

Module's settings dont apperar in "admin/config" nor in "admin/config/content" although its path is "admin/config/content/contextual-range-filter".
To access settings you have to go through Extend (admin/modules), Not very intuitive and user friendly.

There is no permission defined in the permissions.yml file for administer contextual range filters so we will always get access denied.
