Title and link in toolbar do not update

Problem/Motivation

Label and URL does not update in the toolbar when entity is modified.

Steps to reproduce

If an editor changes an entity label or associated url/path, the updates are not immediately shown in the UI.

Proposed resolution

Add cache tags for the entity, so they may invalidate the associated render elements.
