Well...whoops. If you have recipes that are symlinked into the project, it turns out that Project Browser can't see them. This is because \Drupal\project_browser\Plugin\ProjectBrowserSource\Recipes::getFinder() doesn't call followLinks() on the Symfony Finder object.
