Recommendation to update 1.1.0

The admin panel shows a recommendation to update the Tracer API extension 1.0.4 Recommended version: 1.1.0
But I have Drupal core version 10.3.2 and the Tracer API update is not suitable for this version. Drupal core required: 11.0.0. Why is this recommendation displayed and how can I fix it if I do not plan to update the core to Drupal 11.0.0?
