Create mobile CSS for updated SDDS components

Joshua is focusing on XB critical issues instead.

Adding dev guide link to summary.

Added some other components that could be looked at for examples.

@avani.bhut I don't see anything in the branch. Would you push up your changes asap? Our frontend devs have some time this week so I'd like one of them to review.

I've completed the design fixes for the components mentioned earlier. In addition to the issues identified, I noticed design glitches in the desktop version, which I have also addressed. All fixes have been implemented for both mobile and desktop versions.

I have merged in the latest changes and fixed some fatal errors.

Off to Alan for review.

Merged this but will make a follow-up issue for the feedback to be resolved.
