Make customizing classes optional

The OpenCulturas Customizing module has an "Allowed classes" setting which is mandatory. It is used for the "Style" option in teaser paragraphs.

We would like to hide this option, as we don't want editors to select different styles.

The easiest way would be to make the Allowed classes setting optional, and display the Style option only if it is set.

Why not simply disable the behavior "Extra style" in /admin/structure/paragraphs_type/teaser_wrapper?

Less testing on unintended side-effects required ;-)
