Problem/Motivation

Site Admins and Editorial Team are not able to access the Existing Usages page.
Yet they can see the

Steps to reproduce

When editing a media entity inside the CKEditor, or editing a media entity reference
Then the editor can see the Warning message - "Modifications on this form will affect all existing usages of this entity."
But can not access the existing usage page.

Proposed resolution

  • Grant "access entity usage statistics" permission to users with an "Editor", "Content Admin", "SEO Admin", "Site Admin" user roles.

    Users with this permission will be able to see statistics of entity usage.

  • Change the default Varbase Media - recipe
  • Hook update to grant "Access entity usage statistics" permission in old projects.
