Ajax callback no longer fires

Problem/Motivation

When you attach a #ajax config to a datalist element, the callback is no longer fired when selecting an option from the list.

Steps to reproduce

Create a custom form with a datalist element and attach a #ajax callback to it. Make a selection in the list, the callback is never called. Somehow the 'change' event is not firing anymore.

Added patch of MR8 for use in composer.

Re-worked the behavior attach a bit, cleaned out the functions and removed the cloneNode call which caused the Ajax callback being removed from the form element.
