Call to a member function getOptions() on null

Problem/Motivation

When using a token that calls for a Smart Date format that doesn't exist on the current site, a fatal error is thrown, on line 132 of smart_date.tokens.inc.

Remaining tasks

If the specified format is not available, throw an error message and try to load the default format. If that also can't be found, then throw another error message, and return an empty string.
