Getting white screen crash from missing rule.

I'm not sure why Views Bulk Operations is throwing an error. but the second error seems to be because: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ai/-/blob/1.0.x/modules/ai_automator/...

This functionality depends on ECA, but I don't have ECA installed, there is nothing requiring ECA in composer or for install.

The problem seems to be that the action plugins are generic plugins and not ECA specific, so other modules uses them, even when they follo the ECA plugin system specifically. We have an ECA trigger action, that I assumed would only show up when ECA is installed, but other modules, like VBO, uses the generic actions, where its registered as.

I will look around, but I think the only solution will be that we will have to split the ECA runner in Automator into its own module, with dependencies to ECA.

I have merge the AI ECA module into the AI module and moved so that the AI Automator ECA processor is part of that module now, since it requires the ECA dependency.

If you get the latest 1.0.x-dev and flush the cache you should be free from the WSOD.

I have confirmed this fix works.
