Uninstalling the module prompts deletion of unmanaged files

Problem/Motivation

Uninstalling the module requires deletion of unmanaged files.
This may or may not be unwanted.
This may or may not affect orphaned files as well.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Fancy File Delete
2. Install adminimal or have some unmanaged files on the website (adminimal created an unmanaged file on my end called public://adminimal-custom.css)
3. Attempt to uninstall Fancy File Delete

This should produce an outcome similar to the one in the screenshot.

Proposed resolution

Ignore existing files upon uninstallation.

Remaining tasks

Implement change.

User interface changes

Not displaying uninstallation prompt to remove existing unmanaged, orphaned etc files.

API changes

None.

Data model changes

None (probably?).
