Restrict Ajax MutationObserver zone by specifying a container

Problem/Motivation

Currently the MutationObserver watches the whole document object.

It could cause some performance issues on some highly dynamic pages.

Proposed resolution

Allow to specify an container selector to target a specific page zone for the MutationObserver.

Create MR.

User interface changes

New selector configuration option when Ajax handling is enabled.
