Make FormKit pro optional

Problem/Motivation

In multiple places in the Formkit schema generator, we're assuming Formkit pro.

Proposed resolution

Add a sitewide setting to toggle Formkit pro. If disabled, the following components shouldn't be used anymore:

  • datepicker
  • mask
  • repeater
