Problem/Motivation

Remove tabs (local tasks) from Taxonomy terms. We'll use "Tasks" similar to nodes/content.

Steps to reproduce

Given that I was logged in with the "Editor" user
When navigating to a taxonomy term page "Drupal" for example
Then It will look as follows with the "Local Tasks" tabs in the same view page.

Proposed resolution

Change the configuration to remove the tabs (local tasks) from taxonomy terms at /taxonomy/term/*, aligning it with the setup used for 'Tasks' on /node/* pages.

User interface changes

The View of the Team will look almost same as the public view ( no local task tab )

When the click on "Tasks" at the top right of the top admin toolbar
Then the list of local tasks will show up

Then look with the Gin's side toolbar is expanded and the Tasks is open at the same time
