Irrelevant usage results

Hi,

I use this module to know where medias (images, videos) are used in my website's content.

Some media usages are irrelevant:
- some content appears for a media, in which the media is not used
- some medias don't display usages while they are used
- some paragraphs appears 2 times while there is only one usage

These are my settings, maybe that is the reason why.
