Provide a way to ignore forms/routes

Problem/Motivation

Currently this module affects all forms, or no forms (with the option to bypass per role via a permission). It would be nice to maybe have an admin configurable option for routes/forms to disable this modules functionality.

For example, we may want to have this affect all forms except a webform, or a contact form that has additional functionality based on the form submit.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

1. Add an option in the admin settings forms for routes to ignore
2. Check against this list of ignored forms/routes in the alterForm method
