SDDS theme must be the default theme for Twig namespaces to work

We may get rid of the components module dependency for the demo, which means this would no longer be an issue, so postponing for now.

Ran into issue trying to get rid of components module so it's a low priority for now.

Jacob, with your include namespace changes, please test that the components are pulled into XB even if starshot_demo isn't the default theme (it should pick up any enabled theme's components).

Tested ! - it works now. All of the components show no matter the default.

So once we merge that, this one can be marked fixed.

Moving to outdated as the CT team are creating SDCs now and then will be doing the "proper" XB integration so let's see how they land. We might not be using the components module in a few months.
