ICS has encoded characters in description.

ICS description value has encoded quotes.

Adding "i'm" to description will produce "i'm".

Use Drupal\Component\Utility\Html::normalize() function on 'description' value before we pass it to $link->description().

MR!31 contains the changes from #2 but without the sorting of the namespaces in order to keep the changes as related to the issue as possible.
