The thank you page on the example form for Drupal CMS has a duplicate breadcrumb because the page title and the h1 tag are different, and EB uses the title tag rather than the h1 page title.
This might be a bug in the form generating the Thank you page rather than EB, but I know we have related problems with this in contact module where the title tag and h1 tags are different on a page.

Yea, the bug is that webform doesn't set a correct page title for the thank you page. I'll open a ticket for webforms for the title bugs and link them here.
