Odd behavior in profile/address select form on edit shipment.

Problem/Motivation

I have reports from a customer that shipping addresses on orders are changing at times. I'm currently unable to reproduce the issue, but wanted to get the issue started in case others have the problem. I believe it has to do with editing an existing address on the shipment edit form and having the change apply to the wrong address or get copied to other customer profiles unintentionally.

I am able to reproduce some weird issues with the form just by adding a few addresses and then trying to select them.
You can see in the provided screenshots that the "test 3" gets duplicated as "_original" and then when selecting the "test 3", the form loads a mix of "test 1" and "test 4" in the form update.

The provide screenshots are from a simplytest.me commerce demo with nothing else installed or configured.

This does not appear to impact the core commerce billing form on the order edit page.

Steps to reproduce

Working to determine this.
