Problem/Motivation

Eslint is flagging issues in the pipeline: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/hide_submit/-/jobs/2533615

I wouldn't worry about the Ladda complaints at the moment, but this is being flagged from our custom JS

Proposed resolution

Fix issue being flagged from hide_submit.js, we can partially use the patch from the pipeline.
