Update hook_help() according todo comment

I assigned the task myself because I plan to fix this issue and make a Merge Request.
Please do not work on this issue.

I realize that I am not sure if I understood correctly what needs to be done in the TODO comment. If the module maintainer provides additional comments, I will do so. If someone already understands, feel free to fix this issue.
