Avif images are not regenerated when using image_widget_crop

Problem/Motivation

This issue is similar to 🐛 WebP images are not regenerated when using image_widget_crop RTBC . When a new crop is saved for an image, the AVIF files are not regenerated.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the Crop API → module
2. Create image styles using image crops (like with the Focal Point → module
3. Change the crop for an image
4. Observe the AVIF file for the derivative not being regenerated

Proposed resolution

Add hooks to delete the AVIF files when crop entities are updated (similar to 🐛 WebP images are not regenerated when using image_widget_crop RTBC ).
