Did you try removing the cookies for drupal.org as suggested?
Did you access jobs.drupal.org while logged in on www.drupal.org? - ๐ฎ๐นItaly apaderno Brescia, ๐ฎ๐น
I tried accessing https://jobs.drupal.org/ using a not confirmed account, but I was able to see the front page without seeing any error.
At least, that means that not having a confirmed account is not the cause of the issue. - Status changed to Active

The recent sign-in changes to Drupal.org are lowercasing all usernames.
The subsites are still using our old single-sign-on system for account data syncing, bakery. It appears that it hooks into form generation to collect username changes, but usernames are no longer editable in Drupal. So the lowercased username doesnโt get synced to the subsite.
As bakery tries to set up the sub-site Drupal user session, it checks for matching usernames. The usernames donโt match when there are case changes.

This was fixed by https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupalorg/-/commit/fcaaa0ac2756b423b3...
Each account which had a case change will have to be resynced by saving their account on www.drupal.org. This affects 580 accounts, so I am bulk updating them.
