What happens if you go to this URL: "/admin/config/webform_content_creator"?

?>Manage fields within Admin-> Configuration -> Webform Content Creator. Webform Content Creator is not found in order to allow the creation of content in the content type
Installed module, added all library dependencies, no reported issues in status report (other than Webform: Spam protection, and Media: potentially insecure to display oEmbed content in a frame....), and not finding the expected link in Configuration "Webform Conent Creator"
