Problem/Motivation

Attempt to delete a user who has a lot of related activities cause the error:

Steps to reproduce

The issue is reproducible for instances with limited memory resources.

Proposed resolution

Allow to change batch size for activities deletion during user canceling.
Decrease default batch size for activities deletion during user canceling.
