Trying to install jquery_ui_datepicker for drupal 11.0.1 but it fails
due to composer dependency.

Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires drupal/jquery_ui_datepicker ^2.1 -> satisfiable by drupal/jquery_ui_datepicker[2.1.0].
- drupal/jquery_ui_datepicker 2.1.0 requires drupal/core ^9.2 || ^10 || 11 -> found drupal/core[9.2.0, ..., 9.5.11, 10.0.0, ..., 10.3.2, 11.0.0] but the package is fixed to 11.0.1 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match.
