Hi @alok_singh, I tried replicating the issue but didn't encounter the design break issue while adding a submenu in the navigation. I've attached the screenshot for your reference.

I attempted to apply MR16, but both with and without the patch, the issue appears the same. It cannot be reproduced, and it seems to be resolved. I am attaching a screenshot for reference.
