Use Nominatim as geocoder

Problem/Motivation

The Starshot prototype used Nominatim (powered by OpenStreetMaps) as the default geocoder, which works out of the box, as it doesn't require an API key.

Proposed resolution

Add the Nominatim geocoder, make this the default, and remove the Google Maps geocoder from the standard configuration.
