proximity search doesnt show results with in country specific

when i search for plymouth in the view to get content results based on location nearer to plymouth in UK. the query from the view is showing latitudes and longitudes based from united states rather than UK for plymouth.

This doesn't look any evident and general BUG,
and it should depend from your specifici Geocoding / Geocoder setup.

I can easily look for Plymouth and select the GBR specific one result ... (@see the attached screenshot).
