Add Centarro as Commerce Bulk maintainers

Problem/Motivation

I think this module is helpful and important enough for the Drupal Commerce ecosystem that Centarro should get Maintainer access for further development and maintenance, wouldn't that make sense?

So the related Drupal Commerce issue could be solved in contrib here.

Some reasons:

  1. Commerce bulk provides basic functionality for using product attributes combinations efficiently
  2. This isn't yet opted into security advisory policy 📌 Opt into security advisory policy Active
  3. It has only one maintainer, he seems to be quite busy and did a great job in the past to provide this module
  4. There's a core issue for this feature request: ✨ Product variant bulk creation Needs review
